How do I start a project with you?

Send us a message through the contact form or book a free consultation. We will ask about your goals, budget and timeline, then come back with a written scope and a fixed quotation. Work begins once you approve it and the setup payment clears.

Do you work with small businesses and startups?

Yes. A large part of our work is with small retailers, online sellers and early-stage teams. Our subscription products exist precisely so smaller businesses can start without a large upfront cost.

Can you work with a business outside Dhaka or outside Bangladesh?

Yes. Most of our work happens over calls, WhatsApp and email, so location is not a constraint. We are based in Dhaka and work Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (BST).

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope. Our ready-made products start from a fixed monthly or one-time price shown on each product page. Custom development is quoted per project after we understand what you need — we never give a number before we understand the work.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed through bKash. You are redirected to bKash to complete the transaction securely, and we never see or store your PIN.

What is the difference between the setup charge and the monthly charge?

The setup charge is a one-time fee paid when your store or system is created. The monthly or yearly charge is the recurring subscription that keeps the platform running, including hosting, updates and support.

Do I save anything by paying yearly?

Yes. Paying for 12 months up front takes 10% off the recurring bill compared with paying monthly. The one-time setup charge stays the same either way.

How long does a project take?

A store built on one of our ready-made platforms can go live in a few days. A custom website usually takes two to six weeks, and larger systems longer. Your proposal gives a specific timeline, which assumes we receive content and approvals from you when we ask.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. Everything we build comes with an admin panel for the content you will need to change — products, pages, prices, orders and so on. We walk you through it at handover.

Can you redesign or take over an existing website?

Often, yes. Send us the current site and tell us what is wrong with it. We will tell you honestly whether it is better to improve what exists or rebuild it, and why.

What happens after the project is delivered?

Every project includes a support period stated in your proposal, during which we fix any defect in our work at no charge. After that you can continue on a support plan or contact us as needed.

Who owns the website or software you build?

Accepted Answer

For custom development, ownership of the bespoke work transfers to you once payment is complete. We retain ownership of the reusable frameworks and components we use across clients, and license them to you as part of the deliverable. For subscription products, you hold a licence to use the software while your subscription is active.

Can I get a refund?

Is my data safe with you?
