By using the SOFTS.AI website, buying one of our products, or engaging us for a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.

SOFTS.AI provides software products and development services, including POS software, e-commerce platforms, custom web and mobile applications, UI/UX design, digital marketing and content writing.

The exact scope, timeline, deliverables and price of any engagement are set out in the quotation, proposal or package description agreed between us. Where anything in that document conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you buy or register.
• You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other users, or using it for anything unlawful.
• You are responsible for the legality of the content you publish through any platform we build or host for you.

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude any applicable government taxes or duties.
• Setup and one-time charges are payable before work begins.
• Recurring subscription charges are billed on the cycle you select — monthly or yearly — and continue until you cancel.
• Payments are processed through bKash. Your payment is confirmed only once we receive a successful transaction status.
• We may change our prices; changes do not affect an engagement already paid for and in progress.

We deliver within the timeline agreed in your proposal. That timeline assumes you supply the content, access, approvals and feedback we need when we ask for them.

Where delays are caused by outstanding information or approvals from your side, the delivery date moves accordingly.

The SOFTS.AI name, logo, website, and our own software products, source code and documentation remain our property.

For custom development work, ownership of the bespoke deliverables transfers to you once we have received full payment. We keep ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools and components we reuse across clients, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverable.

For subscription products, you receive a licence to use the software for the duration of your subscription; you do not acquire ownership of it.

Our work often integrates third-party services — payment gateways, courier APIs, hosting, analytics and similar. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or performance.

We fix defects in our own work, reported within the support period stated in your proposal, at no charge. This does not cover changes of scope, new features, problems caused by third-party services, or issues arising from modifications made by anyone other than us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOFTS.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

We may suspend or terminate access to a service if payment is overdue, or if these terms are breached. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
